Overview
SEWP V is the latest iteration of the immensely successful Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement — a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing state-of-the-art commercial IT hardware, software, services, and solutions.
The SEWP contracts offer a vast selection and wide range of advanced technology at the best overall value. Through SEWP, agencies can find an exact fit for their needs by choosing solutions offered directly by leading hardware and software manufacturers and experienced government integrators.
Norseman Defense Technologies was awarded a prime contract by the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in 2015 as a small business contract holder. Norseman continues the tradition of outstanding customer service and attention to detail customers have grown accustomed to on the SEWP contract.
Who can use SEWP? The contracts are available to NASA, all Federal agencies, and approved federal agency support service contractors. Contracting officers considering authorizing support service contractors should review the policy at FAR 51.101 and any agency-specific guidance.
Competition: SEWP is a multi-award contract with over 100 contract holders. As with all GWACs, SEWP operates per FAR Part 16.505(b) — fair opportunity must be provided to all contract holders within a given contract group.

The scope of the NASA SEWP GWAC covers a broad range of IT products and services:
- Laptops, servers, tablets, and peripherals
- Network equipment and storage systems
- Software products and cloud-based services
- Telecommunications and security tools
- Health IT and video conferencing systems
- Product-centric services: installation, training, engineering, and maintenance

How to Order
How the SEWP Order Process Works
Step 1 — End User or SEWP Contracting Officer
- Determine best value through market research.
- Create Delivery Order — cite NASA SEWP Contract # and Prime Contract Holder.
- Send Order to the NASA SEWP Bowl.
Step 2 — NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO)
- Verifies Order.
- Forwards valid Order to the appropriate Contract Holder.
Step 3 — SEWP Contract Holder (Norseman)
- Processes Order.
- Delivers Equipment & Services.
- Invoices Agency or Contractor.
The official SEWP Quote Request Tool is the recommended way to request quotes. To request a quote directly from Norseman, email SEWPV@norseman.com.
All delivery orders must be routed through the NASA SEWP PMO. Orders not sent through the PMO cannot be processed. Processing time is typically one business day.
