ITES-4H covers a full range of commercial IT hardware, associated software, and incidental services to support the Army enterprise infrastructure and beyond. Equipment categories include:

2. Workstations, Thin Clients, Desktops, Notebooks
3. Storage Systems
4. Networking Equipment (including wireless)
5. Imaging Equipment (printers, scanners, MFDs)
6. Cables, Connectors, and Accessories
7. Video Equipment (VTC, displays, projectors, smartboards)

All catalog items must meet applicable DoD and Army standards for security, interoperability, and environmental compliance (e.g., Energy Star, EPEAT). Non-catalog items may be included when needed to deliver a complete ITES-4H solution, provided they are sourced through CHESS/Digital Market contract holders.
